Archaeology-noc norms from temple - to plot for house construction

Dear sir,
i purchased a plot in madambakkam village.near tambaram
the plot back side to the siva temple, i purchased in 2002.
i don't know the temple is coming under the archaeological department.in 1992 the dept under take the temple. now i approached for plan approval but the distance from the temple should be above 100mtrs or 200 mtrs (100+200).
which is correct and what is the present GO kindly let me know the go's no.and date.

It shall be better for you to personally visit the nearest Archeological department and enquire therefrom the particular notification of that place. There is no straight jacket formula to say whether it is 100 mts or 200 or more. It depends upon place to place.
