writ was dismissed due to non attending a final hearing by the advocate. for restoration ca is filed but on same subject on service and labour matter can i file another writ and allowed. Advocate need for the to file case in supreme court pl help us.

A writ petition dismissed due to the non-appearance of the counsel can be restored by the HC if reasonable cause is shown in the application for the restoration of the writ.

file restoration application in SC. no need to file fresh writ.

Having filed restoration application u should pursue it. You cannot file another writ on the same cause of action in the HC or SC.
