I am working with GOI on contract basis.4 yrs. complete. I want to know am i get on regular basis job on that post?

File a RTI Application to the department and ask the same question as asked here.

Recruitment policy and rules are available only with the concerned departments of India. So, you may better get copy from your own department by applying under RTI.
