Inform to seniors and local police about her activities and such threatening, and keep the receipt with you.

There must be some strong reason for her suicide attempts. She could have either been depressed by some administrative high-handedness or family circumstances. So, she needs to be counselled affectionately and psychologically. Police complaint can aggravate his depressed conditions. That should be only last resort when the management fails to convince her against suicide.

Mind it, if she makes suicide, management can also be grilled during investigation by police and can hold the management responsible for creating suppressive circumstances for her, as abetment to her suicide.

NO DOUBT PSYCHOLOGICAL ILLNESS MAY ALSO BE A CAUSE BUT SHE CAN NOT BE COMPELLED TO SUBMIT FOR EXAMINATION UNLESS ONE HAS AN ORDER under
MENTAL HEALTH ACT WHICH WOULD NOT BE GRANTED TO EMPLOYER,HOWEVER HER RELATIVES OR POLICE CAN GET IT.

I do agree with the advice of Dhingra ^ Mr. Singh.

Probably my advice has been misunderstood by some persons. I have not advised to send her to a psychiatrist for examination/treatment. Please don't misunderstand the term "counselling psychologically," as used by me in my post.

There is a great difference between a psychologist and a psychiatrist. A psychologist undertakes advisory functions and does not give medical treatment, while a psychiatrist provides medication for mental illness.
