This query is : Resolved
Hi Sir/Madam,
I am posting this query behalf of my beloved friend. He is in big trouble now, actually he has 3 bros and they have workshop i.e., machine shop. All the property is in big brother name and there father has 5 acres land in his native. The problem is younger brothers worked hard to setup the status and property, big brother made loss and ruining the reputation. Because he has all the property in his name. Now, the younger brothers started to take command of business and recover from financial loss, big brother is taking all money without knowing it to brothers. For this big brother family is daily fighting with small brothers family and asking them to get out of them. Poor my friend he is in certain depression after living so many days, his own brother doing like this, he wants to loose his life and certainly his family future. I want to support through this sad time.
This is all because his big brother has all the property in his name. I want to make his brother repent for the same to my friend.
Can any one suggest and help in this matter, Is there any thing where my friend can legally fight for his struggle over the years. Please help.

5 acres of land is still on father's name
Why shd ur friend work for cunning brother? leave him alone.
Let ur frd start own business,
All will learn their lessiuon, in absence of your friend.
Legally elder brother property cannot be taken away now.

Thanks for your valuable reply Sir.
His concern is he has been doing business for more than 15 years, now all of sudden his brother is doing like this. They had 10 acres, for business expansion his brother sold 5 acres with his father signing while selling. He made them to believe and did all his things work. And more over it is agricultural land, my friend doesn't know what to do at this stage.

A suit for partition and for rendition of accounts could resolve the problem this problem by lawful means.
