what are current rates for property(house) registration in up(muzaffarnagar.
Is there any discount for getting property registered in womaqn name.

1.different in all states.

2.there is some discount for women.

IN u.p. IF THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN MUNICIPAL AREA OR WITHIN RADIUS OF 5 K.M.
THEN IN CASE OF A MALE BUYER DUTY IS CHARGED
@7%WHILE A FEMALE BUYER GETS CONCESSION OF 1%.

AND IF THE PROPERTY IS BEYOND AFORESAID JURISDICTION THE RESPECTIVE RATES OF DUTY WOULD BE 5% AND 4%.
