Fraud on statute

Please help me with a judgement on "Fraud on Statute" ie if you are using any device to evade or overcome a statute it amounts to fraud on statute.

Moreover there is no such term in law as coined by author"FRAUD ON STATUTE"and his understanding about it is also wrong when he says "ie if you are using any device to evade or overcome a statute it amounts to fraud on statute."

One is not allowed to break the law but one can sail through law without breaking it.

DO YOU MEAN "statute of frauds"?????
