Hi All, i have booked an under construction property in bangalore, builder has informed it is A khata and also my loan from AXIS bank is approved.However, like most of the other apartments in bangalore, there are deviations and as such builder wont be able to give OC.
My question is: Can I still register the apartment without getting OC
Also, as AXIS bank has already approved and provided the 1st payment to the builder will there be any complications later without OC?
Also, as the apartment is A khata, when i go for registration of my individual flat will it be registered on A khata without OC?
Any advice would really help me.

Yes you can register without OC.
No, but is advisable to obtain at the earliest.
