Refiling of the case

D/Law experts,
An oral agreement was made between me and her to withdraw 498A by her and 420 by me.She was a lawyer.I have withdrawn my case,but that lady cheatedly has refused to withdraw 498a.In my case the Judge has described "The case may be dismissed as withdrawn".The incident is about 5 months back.Now i am in a fix.Kindly suggest me whether can I refile the 420 case.If yes,could somebody provide some ruling regarding this?

no you cannot re file the case as you have with drawn it without seeking liberty from the court to file it again . contest the 498A case on merits .

420 is a Police Complain. Cannot be filed or withdrawn by you.
You lodge a Police Complain for the same, and if Police do not take action, Apply under 156(3)

How you trusted cheater wife?? Knowing well she can cheat !!
