Regular matter

This query is : Resolved
Dear sir/Madam
i am invoved in a case since 2011.Now the Hon'ble court has passed a order i.e,
" O R D E R
15.04.2013
1. This writ petition was admitted for hearing on 15.12.2011.
2. It is not possible to hear final arguments of regular matters
in the Admission Board considering that presently regular matters of the
years 1997-98 are going on and this is a writ petition of the year 2011.
In service matters issues are similar either of seniority/promotion or
monetary emoluments or disciplinary proceedings and the like. There is
no reason why people who have been silently waiting for their turn in
queue for years together should not be heard in their turn and later cases be given preference.
3. List in due course in the category of ?Regular Matters? as
per the year of its seniority."
Now I have a question towards this order
1).How much time it will take to final judgement??
2).Is there any other way to speed up this matter?
please provide me your expert comments on this matter.
Thanks & Regards
Honey

It should take at least another couple of years.
There is no other way to expedite it expect to make periodic mentioning of the matter before the concerned bench.

Dear Honey,
The answer to your questions are as under:
1. How much time it will take to final judgement?
The final judgment in your case will come immediately after the case which is just above is finalised. When the case just above you will get final order is anybody's guess.
2) Is there any other way to speed up this matter?
To my knowledge, there is no way to speed up this matter, unless you have any effective answer to the following query posed by the Hon'ble High Court:
"There is no reason why people who have been silently waiting for their turn in
queue for years together should not be heard in their turn and later cases be given preference."
