what are the rights of a un-married girl in ancesstral property of her grand mother during her life time.
grand mother has some ancesstral property. the father of girl turned out the girl when she was minor along with her mother. Now the girl atained the age of 18. can she claim her ownership in the property of grnd mother's ancesstral property?
