This query is : Resolved
I left the company in nov 2009 and submitted pf delay jun 2010.
And then for quite sometime the PF status online kept showing in process . And then after a year or so it suddenly showed settled.
Since i had requested for bank transfer from PF funds, i did not get anything in my bank account ( Corporation bank) .
After checking with the Company (Lowe) mumbai office, i was told to produce a letter from bank that these cheques were not received by the bank and deposited into my account .
I had submitted the same this June 2012 and am still waiting for revert on that.
After which they asked me to re-send everything along with a fresh cancelled cheque from HDFC as they had been having problems from other banks. Its been more than 5 months since which i have no idea where do i stand.
Can you help me with som suggestion/advice
What do you think i should do ? Take legal action if so on whom - lowe or PF ? Ideally i jus want my PF settled as smoothly and swiftly as possible . or do i sent a grievance no online to PF ?
Pls suggest.

The task of the company is to attest the PF withdrawal forms and submit to concerned PF office. Thereafter company has no role.
The PF office shall arrange to transfer the funds in Bank a/c of the member, as stated in PF form and in cancelled cheque.
You’re a/c status showed “Settled”.
If there was any need to submit a representation, you should have submitted it to RPFC in concerned PF office than to company.
You may keep the letter issued by your bank safely.
You may peruse thru RTI for providing the details of disbursement, copy of all pages of PF forms as received by PF office (submitted by company 1st time) and copy of acknowledgment issued by PF office………….
You may also write to MD of your company narrating all incidences (mention names of company personnel and minutes of the discussion) and request to provide you the copy of acknowledgment issued by PF office for PF forms supplied by you 1st and 2nd time.
You can lodge complaint to vigilance officer also.
The contact details of officials of the PF are available in PF directory maintained at:
www.epfindia.gov.in
Valuable advice of experts is sought.
