Cyber crime case......! please help!

my dear friend's husband and a said lady from his work place has created an series of obscene video clips together.now the divorce case and a dv case is going on from my friend's side. but meanwhile can the said lady be booked under the cyber law.because creating such pornographic matter in itself is a crime! m i right? then can a FIR be done against the said lady.she works at a BPO company.what is the probable punishment in such a case? plz help at the earliest!

Definitely your friend can file a criminal case against both her husband and that lady before the police. You need not mention the sections in the application rather leave it upon the police authorities to challan them.
