1) kindly advice, If a sale deed has been executed and and registered in violation of status quo order in a suit. Can court declare the said sale deed as null and void in a contempt petition with order 39 rule 2A or separate action in required for cancellation.

Pls refer any judgment.

A separate action is required, Suit is required to be got amended.

You have to proceed for amendment in suit.under order 39 rule 2a of cpc sale deed can not be declared as null and void.under aforesaid provision court may order for attachment of property and or a person who breach the injunction order may be detained in the civil prison for a term not exceeding three months.
