Termination of services

Hi,

I was working with one organization & i was serving notice period during that i have forwarded my payslips,bills & in one mail i have attached my project(old report), friends resume & one training checklist to my personal mail id but later i have deleted that mail from my personal ID in front of my manager but as i was in notice period and it was my last day in the company that decided to terminate me without giving any warning letter.

Please help me how can i fight back for my reliving letter.

Background of the case does not seem to be complete or correct. Appropriate advice can be possible by examination of the related documents along with the terms of your appointment. So, please better contact some local expert by showing him your papers.

Dismissal can not be without Charge sheet, inquiry and full procedure adopted. If it was not adopted it can be challenged. Was any letter issued to you about dismissal and if yes by whom, when and with what contents.

Try to settle matter amicably as the legal path may be time consuming and costly. If not settled, contact local lawyer dealing in the subject, and send notice for relieving letter and payments if left any.
