Can i take a land on lease belongs to sc, to start a business

Dear Sir,

I want to start a Farming business, Hence I would like to know, whether i can take a Land on Lease, which belongs to SC Community or Lease basis or monthly rental basis. Do i have any problem in the future if i take the land from SC community for Lease.Kindly Advise.

no you cnanot do so without prior permission of collector . no third party rights can be created

Depends upon the state laws i.e in which state the land is. In some states it is not permissible.
