Inter religion marriage

Hi,

I m a Hindu & fall love in a Muslim.I told to my parents but ther are not agree for our marriage. We want to marriage as soon as possible. but in court marriage taking 21 days. I don't have time for court marriage.
give me advice how we will get marriage under 2- 3 days.

have patience . you have to be married under Special Marriage act as both belong to different religions .

Either under Special Marriage Act or by change of religion by becoming Muslim, choice is yours.

Marry under Spl marriage act though it may take time but you will not have to change your religion.

I want to know that if I will marry a muslim guy under Special Marriage act, with out converting my religion. in this situation What will be my name after marriage? will I write my old surname or husband surname?

it is your choice whether you want to change your surname after marriage or not . better discuss issue with your husband before marriage

Even if you marry under special marriage act, you continue with your old religion unless you convert. You can continue with your old name and surname. All depends on you and your future husband wish.
