Harassement

MIL, SIL, BIL , husband all are equally involved in physically and mentally harassement. but now they are saying that its only husband and not they. as they have played a game of having me with my husband at delhi but actually during first 1 month my mil joined us there and make life miserable and demanded flat for their son and create misunderstandings between husband and wife. thereafter every weekend both left to meet mil where sil and bil lives one gali next to in-laws house in punjab they all repeatedly demanded flat and money and tortured even tried to kill. during family meetings they although apologize. this continue for 2-3 months. after this again husband left wife to in-laws house for 1 month as he has to go for office work. in that 1 month she was not given food even tortured and beaten to the hell. thereafter her parents come but again they apologize and then after 1-2 months husband thrown wife out of house. now case is going but sil.mil,bil saying they are out of this although they are real culprits. how to prove this really tensed?

Lodge an F.I.R against the husband, MIL,BIL and SIL stating all the facts, its the duty of police officer to investigate the matter and bring the truth, you need not to worry about that.

Yes!Most probably its' repeat in modified form.
Anyway lodge FIR with police.
