1. husband and wife lives in NCR but every weekend they used come to punjab where his mother, sister in-law, brother in-law used to torture wife... even when husband used to go to foreign tour for 2-3 months left her wife to in-laws house in -law, where his mother, sister, brother in-law tortured to the hell. now when they tried to kill her and husband left to home alone then she has to come back to the parents home on advice of neighbors and police from NCR. after coming to parents home they tried to talk through elders but they refuse and said they want divorce. its not even 1 year how can she give her divorce she just want that her husband should understand her and take her. but this is in in-laws case.

Now when all ways closed she approached mahila mandal there even she sees no signs of reconcilation. also her sister in-law saying that she is out of this although she is the master mind of the whole planning of throwing wife of his brother.

1. now she decided to fight back but she don't want that her sister in-law should be saved who is the master mind of making her life miserable. question is sister in-law can't be get saved. how to write against her... please advise. legally she be included or not??? please advise..

file complaint under section 498A/406 IPC against all persons involved in the crime, with DV Act case and maintenance case.

yes sir sister in-law was married 14 years before and she not only tortured me but also all my istri dhan are with her and my husband is in the control of her. now during counselling sessions she is saying that i never visited their house although she lives one house back to my in-laws house not even 2-3 kms.. also she has thrown her husband brother's wife out of house and she said she is the master mind of both means her and my in-laws house so she is doing this. so law include her or not. even she tried to cut my wrist with knife but luckily i saved but she is refusing everything... now what to do although its true and she with her husband are fully involved in this. please advice

You shall have to prove all contents as told by you in the ongoing litigation and then expect the result accordingly.
