Conveyance deed

can a conveyance deed be entered into a strike off Company.

Is the conveyance deed is defected in this case.

If the company can be removed from the Strike off postion through Court process will the Conveyance deed entetred have retrospective effect or prospective effect under the Transfer of property act.
