go to marriage registrar office of ur zone of ur state and you will get all information
about court marriage.

i am srivastava and the boy is misra .how much time it will take in the court.and lastly we dont want our family to be aware of this till it happened.So please update that the court will not inform of this to our home or not

Nisha,

Only local lawyer can tell you whether it is legal or not. I know of Maharashtra and Uttrakhand HC invalidating Arya Samaj Marriage, I am not aware of UP.

court gives protection those who are legalized married!but court do not registrar marriage! go to registrar office and fulfill requirements!
