Bank asking for noc for selling the property.

(Querist) 12 September 2013 This query is : Resolved
My father died on 2006. After which a Mhada property was transferred by all my two brothers and mother by signing affidavit and indemnity bond. Also the share certification and society transfer of that property has been done on my name. I want to sell that property but when the buyer is applying for loan from the bank they are asking for NOC from all the legal heir which is not possible for me as one of my brother is not co-operative. Kindly suggest as what can we do. If required I can provide NOC from one of my brother and Mother.

There is nothing wrong, if the bank wants to remain free from any future dispute in your property disposal case.
