Can court issue warrant or search warrant to native place where husband did not reside in back 14yrs

Dear Sir(s),
matter is related to issue the warrant in 498a case by court to the place my house at native places where , i did not reside in back 14yrs and all things are belonging to my parrent or my younger brother and his wife.
can my parrent file a petition before megisterate or session court that search can be stoped immediately because, elder son always had been residing to out of the state and not have anythings of his in my house. my younger brother and his wife can also file petition to stay such warrant of house as he or she residing with his or her belongings at native house.
Kindly sugest immediately the best way to take a time for execution of search warrnt.
