THIS IS NOT ACADEMIC QUERY. I HAVE PURCHASED LAND & FACING PROBLEMS.THAT IS WHY I WANT TO KNOW I WANT TO KNOW what is stamp value And how to determine stamp value.What is mutation & how mutation is made.How to make registy of land & where registry is made .THIS IS A PRCTICAL PROBLEM FACED BY ME.IF SOMEONE CAN HELPPLEASE HELP ME IMMEDIATELY

For stamp value, it is as per the value of the property and differ state to state. purchase latest bare act of your state regarding stamps and find.
After the Registration the property need to be transferred in the name of purchaser in government records and the process is called mutation.
The sale / purchase Registration of the property is done by registrar office having jurisdiction in the area where property situated.
