if the sale deed is made by using man power and and threataning.and if the holder of the property is old women ,handicap.and if the amount metioned in the agreement is 15 lac but the sale deed is made of only 2lac.plus sale deed is made of 60 percent proprty against agreeement and new agreement made on the same day of 40 percent property .is this sale deed can be cancelled or become invalid.and if it is ordered by the court to pay the difference amount then does it shuold be paid according the prevaling market value of the property.or sale deed can be cancelled.the case is running from 20 yers please suggest some satisfied answer

When case is running then there is no need search for new answer.
Your only attempt should be to expedite the suit which can easily be done by applying to High Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.
