Writ means a mandatory direction from the High Court or Supreme Court to a Public Authority for violation of your fundamental and other Constitutional rights. Writ also means a command issued by a Superior Court. Suit means a claim by someone against someone seeking relief from court for infringement of his legal rights by that someone. Testator means someone who writes/executes a a will or other testamentary disposition in favor of someone.
