Need help to correcttion in my age on index copy of agreement

I would like to request you that kindly help me to get procedure to correct my age in index copy of registered flate.
Since I purchased under construction flate in vasai and registered it last year
(2012) with payment of required stamp duty and registration fee.
Now I observed that my age is wrong printed on index page.otherwise all details are correct including Pan No. etc is ok.
Kindly let me know that how I can make correction of my age on index page to avoid any confliction in future.

Even though there is a minor mistake at Index Page with regard to your age, it cannot be giving a big problem. Even if you want to correct it, you should have to go for a " Rectification Deed" where your buyer should also present before the Sub-registrar.

Such rectification can be got made with the mutual consent of both parties to the agreement by registering the similar type correction/rectification deed.
