Entering of new power of attorney

(Querist) 31 December 2013 This query is : Resolved 
A CIVIL SUIT FOR PARTITION OF A PROPERTY WAS FILED BY POWER OF ATTORNEY HOLDER. THE P.O.A. HAS DIED OF 30.12.13. NOW WHAT SHOULD BE DONE TO KEEP THE CASE ALIVE ? IS THERE ANY LIMITATION OF TIME FOR THAT PURPOSE ?

power of attorney holder must have filed suit on behalf of the principal who gave him POA

on death of POA his principal who gave the power of attorney should continue the suit . take out chamber summons to bring him on record
