DEAR FRIENDS HELLO
THERE IS RUNNING A CRIMINAL CASE OF AN ACCUSED IN LOWER COURT, WIHTOUT HAVING JURISDICTION ON QUANTUM OF SENTENCE. NO PARTY RAISED THE OBJECTION ON THE TRIAL PROCEDINGS,BUT COURT DECLARED GUILTY FOR THE OFFENCE TO THE ACCUSED. LATER HE TRANSFER THE CASE TO THE CJM COURT FOR QUANTUM OF SENTENCE OF ITS OWN MOTION. THEN WHAT WILL BE THE REMEDY TO THE ACCUSED. AND PLEASE SUGGEST THE AUTHORITIES JUDGEMENTS FOR THE SAME.
