Release deed from sisters

What is the best method to remove names of sisters from Hindu father owned property (7/12) without paying stamp duty? Sisters are willing to relieve their rights from property.

Is it possible to include multiple survey numbers under one release deeed?

relinquishment deed . it attracts nominal stamp duty . it needs to be registered .

Stamp duty can not be avoided.
Release deed or gift deed , either of the two can be resorted to
Both have nominal stamp duty.
