Transfer of residential porperty

Dear All,
A widow desires to transfer her residential property to her married daughter. What will be the procedure if-
a) property is based on tenency (Pagadi) system, or
b) property is based on ownership

on ownership gift ded .
on pagdi prior permission of landlord is necessary . rent receipt will be issued by landlord in name of daughter . fresh agreement between landlord and daughter

Agree, for ownership during life gift deed or if property is to be given after her will can be executed.

For pagdi system permission of land lord is required.
