I heard some where after writtent consent of first wife person can do second marriage in Hindu Cast
my 2 questions
1) does he LEGALLY need to convery same to second wife before marriage ? what type of proofs he need for same
2) Unless exlicitly mentioned does second wife have any right in property?

According to Hindu Marriage Act second marriage is illegal and punishable. Therefore, your queries are irrelevant.

clear case of adultery . don't expect more.if a hindu married in subsistence of marriage it is void, and second wife only treated as a cocubine.

Marrying another female during the subsistence of first marriage, as per Hindu marriage laws is invalid, null and void.The second female will not acquire the status of wife.

If you want to marry second wife you have to get valid divorce of the first wife through the court and then go for marriage of second wife.
