Try to reconcile by involving m=family elders though I think this marriage has ended for all practical purposes.
If she does agree to settle then stay separately.
File a suit for divorce or restitution of conjugal rights.

Threat for filing false cases of domestic violence etc.and alert comes under the purview of sec.503IPC you may a lodge a diary in the local Police Station in this regard stating that she is giving alert for said criminal intimidation and you are apprehending some mischief in her hand but don't go to court now treat this complaint as a mode of protection against future mischief if any. Meantime and side by side take help of your in laws and well wishers to reconcile the differences between you and your wife. If needed you can take help of a good Psychiatrist for the treatment of your wife

If she has decided to break and want 20 lacs, try for some agreeable sum through nears and dears. Amicable settlement would be beneficial to both sides.
If not possible as advised by the expert may file suit for RCR or divorce.

I agree with the experts opinion. The more you bend down, the more she will sit on your back, hence stand straight and start giving her tit for tat dealing. If she has decided to break the ways there is no respite from this, you may proceed with legal options.
