Creating air pollution in the locality

my neighbour is burning clothes in the morning once in a week. which is spreading pungent smell in the locality due to which its creating problems in breathing especially my mother because she is having lung problem... so, i request you to kindly suggest me how can i stop him to further continue the same...

You can lodge a complaint to the local Municipality and State Pollution Control Board,if they did not take any action then you can file a case u/sec.110 Cr.P.C. in Executive/Metropolitan Magistrate Court.You can also file a case in High Court.
