(Querist) 21 March 2014 This query is : Resolved 
P filed a suit for recovery, defendant produced a cash voucher without revenue stamp of disputed amount. Plaintiff and defendant had business relatiins, All payements were made by cheque, except disputed amount, Case is in argument , any relevant citation, please suggest. Thanks in advance
