Compromise with defendants

(Querist) 29 March 2014 This query is : Resolved 
We are plaintiffs in civil case(partition of immovable property) in ap hc.there are two defendants.is it allowed to compromise only with one of the defendants as he is ready to compromise with us leaving the other defendant?
Kindly suggest.

Fine you could nail them one by one.First complete the formalities with who is ready for compromise with sufficient wordings in compromise documents to corner the other defendant who is yet to compromise. consult your advocate

If one is compromising, ask him to file a memo praying to submit to the decree as prayed for by the plaintiffs and prosecute the case against the other defendant.
