paternity leave in center govt
i want to apply paternity leave form 16-04-2013 to 30-04-2014. but my officer told me to report back on 30-04-2014 AF because 01-05-2014 to 01-07-2014 summer vacation will start.can it compulsory that i have to report back in school on 30 only . bcz it is not possible for me ,becuause my home town is sonipat haryana ,and i am posted in andhra pradesh. kindly give me the suitable suggestion.

Being a vacation department, if your officer wants to assign rotational vacation duties in the school, how you would be able to cope with that? You can suffix summer vacations with the paternity leave if you are exempted from any duty during summer vacations by the competent authority, not as a matter of right. Law may not be able to help you in that regard, unless there is a specific provision that you can affix both types of leave together.

So, better convince your officer or his superiors to allow you suffix summer vacations with your patermity leave.
