Respected Experts,
I would like to go for REVIEW of ORDERS in same High Courtwhich were dated on 18.10.2012 in high court on two reasons which I found now in 2014 High Court and got confirmed obtaining CD copies.
1. My signature was forged by a lawyer whom i doesnt know on vakalatnama
2. High Court has given orders such as which doesnt relate either to FIR or petitioner.
Can I file a review petition on the same.

Whatever you stated is a very very serious issue. allegation of forgery on vakalatnama by a lawyer practicing in high court itself is very very serious matter and this is sufficient ground for initiating criminal case against such lawyer as well as a review petition. A complaint to bar council should also be made in such matter.

It seems that the high court had passed orders in a criminal case.
High court is not having any powers to review the orders passed in a criminal case.

You rather file criminal case against him. This allegation is not enough for Review. Review would not be allowed on the ground of forgery of lawyer.

Respected Experts
Thank you experts, an another doubt on same...
Honourable High Court have given ORDERS that Considering the FIR Statement of defacto complainant that petitioners A1 to A3 Whom have filed for quash proceedings in 498A case are not eligible because defacto complainant has stated that A1 to A3 had demanded 2 lakhs ruppees. So case was disposed.
Now the REAL FACT is, In FIR itself there were no such allegations that 2 lakhs were demanded. To my utter surprise how court has written orders about 2 lakhs, when matter is not there in FIR.
Now can i file for review petition in the same high court under section 362 crpc as clerical or arithmetic error.
Please help me and suggest me.

Consult some senior lawyer and show him the case file.
Complaint against the lawyer for forging signatures be lodged.

Agreed, you may proceed as advised by expert Mr. Barman, for second opinion you may approach a senior advocate of high court and proceed accordingly.

RKM has opined well; Bar Council be informed immediately, with reference to your NOW coming to know of the forgery, committed two years ago
