1/4 th to each. In grandmother propety including your mother-in-law share.
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 29 May 2014
Whether the property of grandmother is ancestral or how it was acquired by her?

Whether grandmother is alive, if not whether she has left any will?

If her grandmother expires intestate, her(Grandmother) property would be shared equally by all the legal heirs.

From the share of your husband thus derived, your minor daughter has share.

NOBODY (including your husband's brother and sister) have any right / share in the property which is in the name of your mother-in-law, WHEN YOUR MOTHER-IN-LAW is still alive.

It is only when she dies without leaving any WILL or without in any way disposing off the property, then and only then the property will go by way of inheritance amongst all her legal heirs (which will include the children of your deceased husband).

The property in the hand of a female can never be an Ancestral Property.

I do endorse the advice of Anirudh.
