Boss cheated for termination by elegation

DEAR SIR
I WAS WORKING FOR FIVE YEARS OF PERIOD IN PVT LTD STEEL MANUFACTURING STEEL COMPANY AND AFTER TWO YEARS NEW BOSS CAME AND BROUGHT TWO PERSONS ALSO AND DOES PARTIALITY WITH OTHER STAFF. MY BOSS HAS ELEGATED ME FOR TERMINATION FROM MY JOB (FOUND SLLEPED BY AUDITOR) WHICH IS PLANNED ELEGATION FOR MY PHYSICAL PROBLEM OF SLEEPINESS DURING WORKING HOURS. THE COMPANY WANTS RESIGNATION AND HOLD MY SALARY ALSO. I HAVE WROTE THIS MATTER TO THE ALC AND COMMISSIONER ALSO BUT THERE ARE NO RESPONSE SINCE LAST 15 MONTHS.
NOW I WANTS TO FILE A CASE AGAINST MY BOSS FOR HARASSMENT AND DEFAMATION AND WANTS GET YOUR ADVISE.
AT PRESENT I AM UNABLE TO FOUND BETTER JOB DUE TO ELEGATION

There is no law and there cannot be one which grants the right to sleep during working hours!

you cant sleep during office hours . request company to give you one more opportunity and not insist on your resignation

You are working in a private company and if it has decided to get your resignation, it shall fulfil its aim by hook or crook so better to settle the issue and resign and search for some other job. Approaching ALC or DLC is not a solution to your problem as the company has already prepared a good case (may it be false) against you.
