I am an advocate of high court i am working in case of multiple FIR's of same incident. can some one help me out some citation of cases for consolidation or quashing of Fir's registered in different states? I have found Akbar Awasi case of UP High court.can any one tell the case under Article 32 direction by supreme court for consolidation of Fir's. i will be highly obliged.

dear sir i also find F.K hussain case of delhi high court but want to know a case of Supreme court if any can.

Dear sir it will found you in supreme court on Cr pc and necessary point for it that in multiple cases on same fact at least in one case the person should be convicted or you can take the benefit of acquittal in other cases too
