my parents had too similar home loan cases going on....both of them deceased and bank subsituted our names......one case has been decided ....so can judgement of this can be used to quash the other case

we are not interested in either of the properties.....nor we have inherited anything from the parents....so court asked for our noc for bank taking posseion of the property and has ruled that we have no personal obligation

give your NOC since you dont want the properties. if you have not inherited any assets from your parents you dont have to pay their debts

The property must have been mortgaged by the Bank while giving home loan. Let the Bank proceed on as per its rules. When you have not inherited anything, you are not to pay any liability.

but how end this second case from the same bank for another property......i dont want to fight it for another 4 yrs

You can approach the bankers with your decision to give NOC similar to the other case and ask them to withdraw the case against you, however, expert Mr.Barman has raised a good query that why you have not chosen to inherit the property after your parents' death?

not inherited anything as my parents had nothing.....and this house is not worth investing
