Sir,
I have purchased a land of 2400 Sqft. out of 1 Acre in bhubaneswar,Odisha in the year 1987 through power of attorney. I have kept the sale deed.The same land owner(From whom i purchased the land) sale the entire land 1 acre including my land also to some other party and the 2nd party has the PATTA(original paper through mutation).I neither the 2nd party have physical possession over the land. Some other persons are staying illegally over the land more than 10 years.
Need your inputs above the matter and kindly give some suggestion how to get my land back.

what were you doing for 10 years please clarify .
did you file any police complaint of cheating , criminal breach of trust against the seller . ? why did you not call ypon seller to transfer property to you by sale deed for over 20 years ?

Due to major family& financial problem, i couldn't able to come to bbsr for filing mutation.
No i didn't file any police complain nor call the seller for transfer of property.
Now can you suggest me for further course of action.

You have a weak case in your favor, consult a local lawyer and show him all the papers.
