I have always received good advices from this forum hoping to receive this time too.
So am a Nepali citizen living here in India and am in a relationship with an American Citizen. We are planning on getting married
Now we have two options either I go on a Fiance visa and marry in USA .
Or marry here and go as a spouse to USA.
I am ok with both the process depending on which is quicker easier and will make it easy for us to fetch my greencard and work permissions etc in USA
I really need expert advice

It would be better to marry in USA and register your marriage there.

Can you suggest any visa consultation lawyers in Delhi. I am not comfortable searching on net and getting victim of the touts .

As far as visa to US, despite any amount of opinion by any lawyer, the process by US embassy to grant visa will depend purely on the basis of complying the visa regulations of the consulate, so it is better to clarify the issues from the US consulate in Delhi in person.
