taking bail second time?

Respected members, My father have once again have lodged fake FIR against my mother under section 32. Nd 504. A year ago he filed the same case u/s 156(3) in the court. I took the bail of my mother on my skuty papers. the case is still in court. Can i take bail of my mother again on the same papers ??
If not, is there any other way to get bail ?
This is only forum which can help me out in my queries. Plz dont break my hope by not answering my queries.
-A 19yr old daughter( ignorant by law) seeking for justice for her mother.

Has trial started?
Seek a "professional" bailer this time, if you have to take bail afresh.

Sorry sir its 323. Earlier my father filed a fake case saying that my mother has beaten him in office. Now he has filed the case sayin my mother have beaten him in court. Whereas the reality is he has beatn the mother in the court. I was there when all such things happened. I took my mother to DIG office where he ordered to file FIR.Even on next day, This was published in newspapers too. NCR has been filed against him u/s 323 and 504. But there is no hope of FIR and justice because the he has always given bribe to police.

The case he filed earlier , its in court. The trial will be started may be on next date.

NO. I along with someone took the bail of my mother.
Can I take the bail of my mother again on the same papers ?

Ask your mother surrender, she would get bail. No need for anticipatory bail. it is bailable offence.

As rightly opined, your mother can get bail on the same day by surrendering before the court, since this is a fresh case, she has to get bail again.
