after 6 months of filling crpc 125 my husband answerd the matter and told infront of judge that he is ready to keep me with him... what should i do??

1. The scope of s. 125 Cr.P.C. is applied in case the husband is not maintaining his wife.
2. If the husband is prepared to have you live with him then he will escape from paying the maintenance.
3. Unless you can show to the court the compelling reasons as why you cannot live with him the court will not accept your complaint.
4. If he has been treating you with cruelty and that is the reason why you are not prepared to live with him then in that case you must file a complaint u/s 12 of the D.V. Act, before the Judicial magistrate and this institution of complaint will automatically make the court dealing with 125 matter issue order for monthly maintenance.

If you are ready to go then do so. Else if you are likely to face same kind of torture, you can refuses to go with him and proceed with the case.
Such proposal has no merit in this case.

If you want to join your husband and save your marrriage, you can do so. If otherwise, proceed with the case, you may file DV case also.

It will depend on the situation which forced you to approach the court of law seeking remedy to your problems, hence you decide based on the improved situation or stagnating situation.
