Hi, We are the Student-Parent Association of Ravindra Bharathi Global School, Keelkattalai, Chennai. to give you a brief about this school that this school collects exorbitant fee without following any CBSE Bye-Laws. nearly 200+ parents gathered and formed an Association to fight with the School management. and most of the parents do not paid the fees since the fees for this school had already been fixed by the Private Fees Fixation committee, which is of course school is not adhering. and now most of the parents have decided to leave the school. But School management denies to issue TC until we make full payment of fees. Please suggest.

If the school is demanding more fees than the fees fixed by the committee, and also refusing to give the TC, you may give a complaint to the CBSE Regional Director.
If case of no result you can file a WRIT in the High Court directing the school to give TC.

Thanks to you all. I am so glad that you people had taken time to write to my query. to give you more details on our issue, all exercises such as lodging complaint with CBSE Chairman, CBSE Reg. Director, Dist. Collector, Chief Edu. Officer, Dist. Edu. Officer, Justice S.R. Singaravelu, Chairman of Private Fees Fixation Committee, PG Portal, HRD Ministry, Etc. We gave complaints to all people very beginning of September Month. There is a final hearing from Hon. Justice S.R. Singaravelu, Chairman of Private School Fees Fixation Committee today. Hoping we hear the justice. But we doubt to what level the school follow this. to my afraid, how come CBSE (when they have a very useful Bye-Laws) give affiliation to such school which do not follow basic bye-laws. this school do not have adequate class rooms, no play ground at all, no proper teachers, no labs, no proper attention to students. You may feel i am only one sided. but i am only talking with evidence.
