my dad has purchased a land few years back..he has a power of atorny ,now wee have to make the kharedi khat of the land and name on saath baraah. what is the fee and whole procedure

Consult local lawyer and show him all the documents. Stamp fee / registration Fee etc. differ from state to state.

Your dad has to get it registered either on his name or as a POA he can register the land by executing a sale deed on your name then only the property will become yours own, consult a lawyer and proceed as per his further advise.
