Rent mesne profits

Sirs,
My tenant was given stay order on the condition of his depositing mesne profit @ Rs 1 Lakh pm.He has not been depositing it in court as ordered. Can he be evicted for disobeying the orders of the court.
Secondly, he was ordered to pay out the above mesne profit, the monthly rent of Rs 1200/-pm to the landlords. Despite reminders he has not done that but deposited in in court. What action can I take please.

1. It means there will be no hindrance to proceed with execution proceeding for his eviction.
2.File execution proceeding , if not filed already.

You can move for execution as the tenant has violated the terms and conditions of stay order
