respected sir,my friend wants to marry another women without divorcing first wife,by converting him to islam it is legal or not pls explain

No no ... First marriage be dissolved as per Hindu law then only he can marry even after conversion....

Is your friend a Muslim? Second marriage is valid and legal, otherwise it would attract the provisions of bigamy.

conversion for the sake of remarriage is not valid conversion and bigamy may be attracted.

As per Muslim personal law a Muslim male can marry more than one wife at a time, but remember that all the wives are to be muslim as well, moreover it will be construed as bigamy if he is marrying another female for the sake of marriage by converting himself to Islam.
